Simply put, the Container Variable System or CVS was designed to allow certain SwapLoader Hoists the ability to handle container lengths of up to 2' shorter than they were originally intended to carry.

The device stops the container short of pulling it tight to the cab. This allows the container long rails to remain in contact with the hoist's rear rollers, ensuring ease of travel across the working platform. At the same time, it still provides the ability for the operator to enter dump mode.

Not only is the CVS a SwapLoader EXCLUSIVE, but another stride in our ongoing desire to provide our customers with the ultimate Hook-lift Hoist flexibility. The CVS option can be purchased with your new hoist, if you are planning for future growth. It can also be purchased later and retro-fitted to you existing hoist.
